Way back in 98 Jay-Z dropped “Hard Knock Life” which immediately jumped the charts and got him nominated for his first Grammy. Nearly 10 years, 6 Grammy’s and 9 number one albums later, Jay-Z has another hit on his hands. “American Gangster” (loosly tied to the movie) released under Def Jam Records makes Jay-Z’s 10th album at the top of the US album charts according to Billboard.com. Elvis Presley is probably turning in his grave as we speak because he is now tied at second place with Jay-Z for the most number one albums on the chart right under The Beatles with a massive 19 #1 albums.
