Jackass is back yet again for more punishment in ways that you never thought possible. Surprisingly this isn’t going to be Jackass 3 and it will never hit a theater near you. This time around, Noxville, Steve, Bam and the rest of the guys will be hitting the web FREE of charge in Jackass 2.5 presented by Blockbuster and MTV Networks. Starting December 19th, simply log on to blockbuster.jackassworld.com to see Jackass 2.5 in all its glory. This is a major step in the right direction for a major movie studio offering an alternative method to delivering content. Granted, Jackass 2.5 was never intended for theaters and primarily consists of never seen footage and stunts from Jackass 2, but none the less I like the idea that big companies are starting to jump into the web. The web preview of Jackass 2.5 will only be available until December 31st after which you should be able to pick it up on DVD.
