The N-Gage failed not once but twice, and for whatever reason, Nokia just wont let the concept die. This time around, Nokia is simply dropping the N-Gage platform in the new N81 phone. Via Engadget.com… It’s a good time to be an N81 or N81 8GB user, since Nokia’s got some pre-release versions of full N-Gage titles just for you as of next week. Nokia’s hoping for some feedback with this “N-Gage First Access” setup, since the full service isn’t quite ready to go yet. Of course, the N81 has game demos on it out of the box, but this time it’ll have “exclusive access to the pre-release version of the N-Gage application and one or more N-Gage games!”

Just in case you haven’t hear, Knight Rider is back and the all new KITT car has been unveiled as a souped up Mustang. “We’d be proud too if we were Ford. Somehow the Blue Oval managed to convince NBC that the voice of Will Arnett and its Shelby GT500KR would make a perfect fit for an updated KITT on the boob tube. The PS3 just got a major update this week and CrunchGear has all the details. “The PS3 update we talked about a couple weeks ago is on its way and should be arriving in your big black box as soon as tomorrow. The readme describes the update as being released December 18th, and not only will it update the Blu-Ray firmware to v1.1, but it will add DivX and WMV support.” Click here for the full article.

Resident Evil “Degeneration” is starting to get some hype in the gaming world and Joystiq has the first official trailer. “A trailer for the upcoming Resident Evil: Degeneration movie stumbled onto the net over the weekend.
