Louis XIV has been laying low for a few years after their sophomore effort “The Best Little Secrets Are Kept”, but now they are back in the mix with an entirely new album called “Slick Dogs and Ponies” which is due for a January 29th release. In typical Louis XIV fashion, “Guilt By Association” is the first single from the new album which is being distributed free of charge all over the web.

Their latest press release explains that the new album “explores new sonic terrain with a lush, grandiose collection that includes string arrangements by world renowned composer David Campbell that makes up for a record that demonstrates a devotion to artistic growth, blending classical sensibility with their rock and roll roots.”
